Thanks for visiting Gloves Now, a purely online company managed privately by Gloves Now (ABN 23 168 966 792), located in Newcastle, NSW. When buying a product via our website you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, as if you have signed a binding agreement or to the affect. In these terms ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ refer to Gloves Now and ‘you and ‘your’ refer to the customer.
Refund and Exchange Policy
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
You can choose to exchange an item if an item has a major problem, this is when the item:
• Is significantly different from the sample or description, or doesn’t perform as described, or
• Is a different item to what was invoiced
Prices
You can find our product prices on each product page of our website. We will update prices from time to time. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Orders & Payment
Your order is an offer to enter into an agreement with us. No agreement is created until your order and payment have been processed by us and we have sent you either a receipt or a notice that your chosen item is not in stock. You must pay in full when you place an order. Once we have confirmed your order, you are bound by it unless we tell you that what you have ordered is not in stock.
Process of Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us via phone, promptly and immediately as your item(s) may be on their way within 1 hour. As we like to supply our customers with a quick delivery, we cannot ensure that all cancellations that arise later than 1 hour after placement of the order will be possible.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders before 12:00pm weekdays we will endeavour to have orders leave our warehouse that same day. After the item(s) have left our warehouse delivery times will depend on distance and our choice of freight provider. Depending on the distance of your location from New South Wales your order will arrive between 2 -5 operating days. A flat-rate shipping cost will be added to your order on the ‘checkout’ page.
